Refund policy

At Sporty&Fine, all sales are considered final and refunds are not permitted.

We do offer exchanges within 7 days, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and all courier or return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale, discounted, promotional, and Black Friday items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Customers must report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear supporting images; colour variations due to lighting or screens are not regarded as faults.

Sporty&Fine reserves the right to decline exchanges for items that show signs of wear or misuse, and to refuse service in cases of policy abuse.

Pre-order items may not be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, and delivery estimates may vary due to external factors.
